McDowell Rackner Gibson is actively involved in the community and the firm supports numerous organizations and events.
The firm places special emphasis on its support for the Lawyers’ Campaign for Equal Justice, which funds low-income legal services in Oregon. In each year since 2013, the firm has received the Guardians of Justice Award as one of five law firms whose lawyers contributed on average more than $1,000 per attorney.
Since the firm was founded, we have supported and have served in leadership positions in HEAT Oregon, which provides energy assistance for low income Oregonians. Shareholder Adam Lowney currently serves as HEAT Oregon board chair.
The organizations and events the firm has sponsored include:
• Basic Rights Oregon
• Oregon Hispanic Bar Association
• St. Andrew Legal Clinic
